Chelse Wagner

Chelse Wagner is an experienced professional in operations and management with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Value Stream Manager at Andersen Corporation, Chelse has previously held positions at Cummins Inc. including CMP Operations Leader, Value Package Introduction Project Manager, and 3rd shift Team Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Jeld-Wen as Coordinating Plant Technology Manager, Production Manager, and Plant Technology Manager, and earlier work at John Deere’s Service Parts Operations and the University of Northern Iowa Police Department as a Part Time Student and Public Safety Dispatcher, respectively. Chelse holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in International Business from the University of Northern Iowa.
