Madison Soule-Pierce is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer experience (CX) and project management. Currently serving as the CX Project Team Manager at Andersen Corporation since February 2019, Madison leads the inaugural Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, focusing on feedback collection and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives. Previous roles at Andersen include founding the VOC team, managing high-impact software implementation projects, and collaborating on change management and training efforts. Prior to Andersen, Madison worked as a Project Manager Consultant at Boom Lab and as a Digital Project Manager at Star Tribune, where Madison conducted audits to enhance customer service systems and implemented solutions to improve customer experience. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Journalism and Justice & Peace Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
