Tom Bourdaux has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing management, currently serving as the Advanced Manufacturing Manager in the Andersen Window Division since April 2013. Prior to this role, Tom held various engineering and management positions at Best Buy from 2004 to 2013, where significant contributions included leading cross-functional projects as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and enhancing retail operations to drive profitability. Earlier career experiences include roles at Andersen, Data Sciences/Transoma Medical, and Nilfisk-Advance, where Tom focused on production efficiency and quality improvements. Tom holds a degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed between 1994 and 1999.
