Christoph Jurecka

Christoph Jurecka is a Member of the Board of Management at Munich Re. Christoph was previously the Chief Financial Officer at ERGO Group AG from February 2011 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at AXA Schweiz from January 2009 to December 2011. Christoph Jurecka started their career at AXA in January 2007 as the Chief Risk Officer Deutschland. From January 2002 to December 2007, they held various positions at DBV-Winterthur.

Christoph Jurecka has a Doctorate in Natural Sciences and a Diploma in Engineering, both in the field of Theoretical Physics. Christoph studied at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and the Technische Universität Graz.
