Leslie Griffin

Leslie (Buck) Griffin is an experienced project manager and superintendent with a diverse background in construction and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Home since December 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. as Project Superintendent and Environmental Manager since April 2000, with responsibilities in District 3 of the Florida Panhandle. Griffin's earlier experience includes a tenure as Foreman at Florida Asphalt and Paving Company from November 1984 to April 2000, and military service as a Sergeant in the infantry with the US Army from August 1976 to April 1983. Education credentials include a refresher course in maintenance of traffic advanced from the University of Florida in 2015, a sedimentation control inspector certification from FDEP in 2006, and technical training from Washington-Holmes Technical College in 1983-1984.
