Martha Leskauskas

Martha Leskauskas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martha started their career as a Quality Control employee at American Marketing & Publishing, LLC in 2005 and later held various roles within the company, including Community Pages Communications Specialist and 2nd Shift Office Manager. In 2011, they worked as a Logistics Planning Analyst at Caterpillar Inc., where they managed domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Martha also worked as a Traffic Analyst at Plano Molding Co., where they improved delivery times and oversaw shipments to big box stores. Martha'sexperience in logistics continued at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, where they served as a Material Buyer/Planner and played a key role in supplier selection and performance improvement. Martha also worked at Keter as a Logistics Analyst, tracking shipping container movement and working with 3PL providers. Martha later joined Conagra Brands as a Material Planner and Caterpillar Inc. again as a Logistics Planning Analyst. Most recently, they worked as a Teacher at Anderson Community Schools starting in 2023.

Martha Leskauskas holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on Theatre, from the University of Mount Union.
