Michael Leskauskas has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 to present. Michael began their career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Quality Engineer and then transitioned to the position of Distribution Manager. Subsequently, they worked at Caterpillar Logistics Inc. as an Assistant Manager, Client Relations. In 2013, they joined Caterpillar Inc. again as a Logistics Engineer. Following this, they worked at CSX as a Mechanical Manager Trainee and later as a Plant Manager. Michael then joined Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company as an Inventory Assistant, Product Launch Specialist, and Traction Motor Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Neovia Logistics as an Operations Supervisor before moving to Clif Bar & Company as a Warehouse Supervisor in 2020. Michael then worked at Willsub as a Substitute Teacher before transitioning to the role of Title I Instructional Aide at South Madison Community Schools. Currently, they work as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Anderson Community Schools.
Michael Leskauskas received their high school diploma from Proviso West High School in 1994. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Certified Project Manager certification from CompTIA in September 2013 and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Caterpillar Inc. in October 2006.
