Jacob Mapel

Jacob Mapel is an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in managing projects and teams within the excavation and mining sectors. Currently employed at Anderson Excavating, LLC since January 2014, Jacob oversees various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while also assisting in estimating for future bids. Previously, Jacob held the role of Project Engineer at CONSOL Energy from July 2010 to December 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing gas well plugging operations and coordinating with mine personnel to maintain production schedules. Jacob began their career as a Transitman, supporting survey operations and assisting the Mine Engineer with daily tasks. Jacob holds a degree from Fairmont State University.
