Andrew DiMare, CSP SPHR, has extensive experience in safety, compliance, and human resource management. Currently serving as the Safety & Compliance Manager at Anderson Hay & Grain Co., Inc. since September 2013, responsibilities include researching regulations, maintaining health and safety programs, and improving workplace safety practices. Previously, Andrew held roles such as Safety & Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resource Analyst at the same company, focusing on policy development and legal compliance. Prior experience at Wells Fargo from June 2008 to September 2013 involved supporting a district manager and overseeing HR functions across multiple bank branches. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Wenatchee Valley College.
