Jason Paolo

Jason Paolo has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Plant Manager at Anderson Hay & Grain since November 2003, with previous roles including Maintenance Manager, Lead Mechanic, and Maintenance Mechanic. Prior to this, Jason held positions as a Welder at GK Machine and Lead Tech at Tool Craft Inc, and began a career as a Driller Helper at Arrow Drilling. Jason holds 3G and 4G certification in welding technology, attained in 2011, and graduated from Yamhill-Carlton High School in 2000. Additionally, Jason earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
