Matt Lavin

President, Anderson Real Estate at Anderson Holdings

Matt implements strategic initiatives across the Anderson Real Estate platform. He is responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities, managing the financing process, and overseeing the design and development process for the properties. He also manages the leasing initiatives for the portfolio consisting of over three million square feet of office and retail buildings. Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, Matt was a partner at Worthe Real Estate Group, a privately held real estate development and management firm focusing on investments in the Los Angeles area. While at Worthe, he participated in acquiring over $2.7 billion of assets and was involved in over seven million square feet of leases during his 15 years with the company.

Matt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and currently sits on the UDMUC Red Council. He also currently serves on the Board of Adopt Together. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Matt lives in Santa Monica, enjoys travel, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
