Isaac Druker

Isaac Druker is a Shareholder-Partner at Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. since January 2002, where Isaac serves as the Co-Head of the Corporate Group. With extensive experience in corporate, commercial, finance, captive insurance company, and US and cross-border transactional matters, Isaac leads a team that advises on establishing US subsidiaries, acquiring or joint venturing with US companies, purchasing manufacturing plants, equity investments, and commercial sales and licensing. Prior to joining their current company, Isaac was a Partner at DeForest and Duer from 1995 to 2001. Isaac holds degrees from Harvard Law School, Leiden University, and Harvard University, with a focus on Corporate and International Business Law.
