David Bieganski

David Bieganski has extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on improving efficiency and profitability. DAVID has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Vice President of Operations at Anderson Process, Director of Operations at WCS Industries, Director of Operations at ER Wagner, and Plant Manager at KMC Stampings. David has a proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives, improving on-time delivery, and managing budgets. DAVID has also been responsible for overseeing departments such as customer service, engineering, production, quality, and shipping/receiving. Throughout their career, David has successfully implemented lean manufacturing practices and achieved significant improvements in productivity and inventory control.

David Bieganski completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1982 to 1986.
