Ken Waltman has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate development and facilities management. With roles as Vice President at both Nellis Management Company and Lortex Inc, Ken has demonstrated expertise in overseeing sales, marketing, and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Facilities Director and Project Manager at Anderson Properties, Ken is responsible for the development and ongoing management of various commercial properties in the Des Moines, Iowa area. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in Journalism & Mass Communication with a minor in Sociology.
