Crystal Ward

Crystal Ward is an experienced library professional with a diverse background in library management and services. Currently serving as the Branch Manager at Vigo County Public Library since July 2024 and as Information Services Manager at Anderson Public Library since June 2019, Crystal has previously held positions including Teen & Adult Services Manager at Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library and Librarian 1 at Indiana State Library. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Crystal has overseen various library operations, provided reference assistance to citizens of Indiana, and managed genealogy programs. Crystal has also worked in specialized roles such as Law Librarian at Marion County Jail II and gained early experience as a Library Assistant at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Library Science from Indiana University Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Herron School of Art and Design.
