Dan Saban

Dan Saban has extensive experience in security and public safety, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at The Anderson Security Agency since March 2022 and as Chief Operating Officer since October 2018. Simultaneously, Dan leads The Saban Group, LLC as Principal, offering management and organizational consulting services shaped by over 36 years in the field. Previous roles include Executive Director at Trident Security Services from March 2012 to May 2016 and Chief of Police at the Buckeye Police Department from February 2005 to May 2008. Dan's foundational experience includes a long tenure at the Mesa Police Department where Dan retired as Commander. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and an Associate’s degree in Administration of Justice from Mesa Community College.
