Charlotte Hagenaars

Charlotte Hagenaars is an experienced advisor currently working at Andersson Elffers Felix since April 2023. Charlotte co-founded the Perspectieven in Polarisatie community in March 2021, focusing on organizing impactful conferences and enhancing public awareness through promotional materials. Previous roles include student assistant at the Institute for Societal Resilience at VU Amsterdam, where event logistics were managed, and research intern at the Verwey-Jonker Instituut, concentrating on societal polarization.
