Andersson Elffers Felix (AEF) is a Netherlands based management consultancy. Andersson Elffers Felix (AEF) is een middelgroot strategisch adviesbureau voor maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Al bijna 40 jaar levert het bureau belangrijke bijdragen aan de vernieuwing van beleid, strategie en organisaties. AEF werkt vanuit in verschillende sectoren, voor overheden en private organisaties. Bij AEF werken ongeveer vijftig medewerkers. AEF is opgericht in 1982 door Hans Andersson, John Elffers en Peter Felix. Bijzonder is dat AEF gevestigd in Maliebaan 16, dat in 1999-2000 is verbouwd en uitgebreid is door architectenbureau Mecanoo uit Delft.
