Jelte Schievels

Jelte Schievels is an experienced consultant and public affairs member actively involved in climate advocacy and strategic advising. Currently serving as a Werkgroeplid Public Affairs at Jonge Klimaatbeweging since July 2023, Jelte represents the youth voice in climate discussions. Prior roles include consultant at Andersson Elffers Felix, where Jelte began as an intern, and leadership positions within various organizations, including the Nederlandse Debatbond and The Young Consultant. Jelte also contributed to academic initiatives such as the Conflict, Security & Development Conference at King’s College London and provided coaching in debating at the Utrecht Debating Society. Educational achievements include a Master's degree from King's College London and a Bachelor's from University College Utrecht, complemented by an exchange program at Yale-NUS College.
