Juan Alberto Ortiz Alzate

Juan Alberto Ortiz Alzate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the BPO industry, currently serving as the General Manager and Founder of Andes BPO since December 2009. Prior to this role, Juan Alberto held the position of Operations Director for Collections and Outbound at Allus Global BPO Center from November 2003 to November 2008. Juan Alberto has further enriched their knowledge through education, earning a degree in Estudios del Comportamiento from Universidad EAFIT in 2019, a degree in Innovación Social a través de la Inclusión from the University of Toronto in 2018, and a diploma in Planeación from Universidad EAFIT in 2015.
