Jaime E. Soto, PMP, serves as the ALDS Operations Project Manager at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife since August 2009 and is also the Principal Owner of Andes Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in project management, quality management, software development, and business analysis for various sectors. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at the California Department of Business Oversight, President & CEO of Enleap, and Quality and Configuration Manager at e.Republic Inc. Jaime has held significant positions in quality management at the California Energy Commission and served as an intern in the California State Senate. Educational background includes a BS in Computer Information Systems and Communications from the University of the Cumberlands.
