嘉諄 羅 has work experience with Andes Technology Corporation as an Advanced Engineer starting in June 2022. Before that, they worked at YEESTOR Microelectronics Co., Ltd as a 考試工程師 from December 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at 新思科技股份有限公司 in the R&D role from September 2019 to June 2020.

嘉諄 羅 pursued their education at National Tsing Hua University. From 2013 to 2017, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they furthered their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Information Engineering.
