Kaitlyn Baab

Kaitlyn Baab is the current Senior Director of Operations at Andes. Kaitlyn has also held positions at Biospring Partners, Modern Synthesis, PathologyWatch, Artemys Foods, and Zymergen. Baab began their career as a Research Assistant at Khosla Lab, Chemical Engineering Department, Stanford University. Kaitlyn then completed an internship at AbbVie Biotherapeutics before becoming a Consultant at Artemys Foods. In 2020, they became the Head of Corporate Strategy at PathologyWatch.

Kaitlyn Baab has a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.

Kaitlyn Baab reports to Gonzalo Fuenzalida, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Bjorn Traag - CSO, Tania Timmermann - CTO & Co-Founder, and Phil Weyman - Director of Research. and Lena Burova - Operations Lead reports to Kaitlyn Baab.
