Kristi Bates is a seasoned marketing professional with diverse experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Marketing Generalist at Andgar Corporation since May 2021, Kristi focuses on defining marketing and sales strategies while enhancing brand awareness for both B2C HVAC-P offerings and B2B Food Processing Equipment. Prior roles include Technical Marketing Manager at Nature's Way, where Kristi managed social media and online marketing for premium supplements, and various positions at Botanical Laboratories, Inc., including Technical Marketing and Sales Support Associate, where responsibilities included content creation, trade show coordination, and contract manufacturing support. Kristi began the career as an Executive Assistant and Customer Service Representative at the same company, and has also worked as a Sales and Service Representative at School Specialty Planning & Student Development and as a Catering Sales Manager at Hotel Bellwether. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Western Washington University.
