Claire Newstead-Sinclair

Claire Newstead-Sinclair is the current Chief Financial Officer at ANDHealth. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Finance, Legal & HR and Company Secretary at Cogstate from December 2018 to July 2020. From July 2017 to December 2018, they served as the Finance Director & Company Secretary at Cogstate. Claire Newstead-Sinclair has also been with Cogstate from August 2010 to June 2017 as the Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Prior to Cogstate, they were with OAMPS Insurance Brokers (now Arthur J Gallagher) from June 2008 to June 2010 as the Finance Manager. Her career started at Pitcher Partners from April 2001 to June 2008 where they were an Assistant Manager - Business Advisory and Assurance.
