Prior to that, Michele worked at AUSTEP SPA from April 1997 to July 2017 as the Procurement Manager-Director, managing procurement of goods and services for plant construction projects in Italy, Europe, and the USA. Michele holds a Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale/Gestione industriale from Politecnico di Milano.
