Carlos E. Anzola has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carlos E. started their career at Alfonzo Rivas & Cia as an Assistant Brand Manager, where they were responsible for marketing plans, cost evaluation, and launching new products. Carlos E. later became a Brand Manager, managing the company's leading brand and developing new packaging and flavors. Carlos E. then co-founded "Premium Brands Co." as an Imported Brands Manager, where they planned earnings estimates and managed sales force incentives.

Carlos then joined Nestle Purina as a Group Product Marketing Manager, leading the P&L for major brands and implementing marketing strategies that increased sales. Carlos E. also served as a Regional Manager for Latin America & the Caribbean, re-launching and extending brand portfolio, image, and communications for global cat food/snack brands. Carlos E. also created and managed the Consumer Relationship Marketing Program (CRM).

Carlos E. further worked at Diageo as an Innovation Commercial Manager, driving innovation and new product launches for Venezuela. Carlos E. successfully launched Gordon's Vodka, Smirnoff Twist, and Cacique Libre rum-based RTD. Carlos E. also developed the strategy and launch plan for Buchanan's Red Seal.

Carlos then joined Imagine Brand Strategy as a Strategy Director & Founding Partner, where they evaluated, created, built, repositioned, revitalized, and managed clients' brands. Carlos E. received the 2009 Gerente Magazine award for the 100 Best Managers of the year in the entrepreneur category.

Carlos E. later joined Kellogg Company as a Marketing Director, first in Venezuela where they hired and developed a new team, regained market share, and launched new products. Carlos E. then became the Marketing Director for Mexico, leading a marketing team restructuring and developing a 3-year growth strategy.

Carlos also worked at L1BRE as the Director of Marketing and Communications, where they developed brand strategies, negotiated partnerships, and created marketing and communications launch plans.

Carlos E.'smost recent role is with Andis Company, where they serve as the Latin America North Region Head.

Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.

Carlos E. Anzola completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in the years 1990 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 1998 to 2000.
