Associate Manager Components Warehouse at Andis Company

Erik Leable has a strong background in warehouse management and materials handling. Erik started their career at Cree in 2012 as a Materials Handler and quickly worked their way up to roles such as Material Handling Supervisor and Warehouse Support Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for supervising employees, managing attendance and payroll, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of inventory in production areas and the warehouse. Erik then became the Inventory Supervisor, overseeing cycle counts, warehouse leads, trainers, and RMA employees. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Receiving Manager and continued to excel in inventory management. In 2019, they joined Cree Lighting as the Receiving & Material Handling Manager, overseeing all aspects of receiving and material handling. Erik later became the Warehouse Manager before joining Andis Company in 2022 as an Associate Manager in the Components Warehouse.

Erik Leable obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, with an expected completion in 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, Erik has additional certifications in Adult CPR/AED and First Aid from the American Red Cross and OSHA 10hr General Industry Safety and Health.
