Gina M. Lapetina, MAFM has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting spanning over two decades. In addition to their financial responsibilities, Gina worked as an Account Reconciliation Audit Committee Member, improving compliance with CNHi's Account Reconciliation Policy and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.

From 2012 to 2016, Gina worked as an Accountant at CNH Industrial, where they continued their responsibilities in managing export receivables and performing reconciliations. Gina M. also handled daily and monthly sales reconciliations from SAP. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Controller/Commercial Control Senior Specialist, where they provided greater support in financial control and analysis.

Gina's most recent position was at Andis Company, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Gina M. then transitioned to a role in Commercial Finance, where they utilized their financial expertise.
