Adrian Winoto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adrian started their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Transgenomic, where they optimized performance and proposed solutions for resin production. Adrian also had roles at Kinestral Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Lead - Product Development, where they fast-tracked the commercialization of the product Halio, and at Imprint Energy as the Director of Operations & Manufacturing, where they drastically improved manufacturing efficiency and increased output.

Adrian'smost recent position is Chief Product Officer at Andluca Technologies, where they serve as a strategic advisor and collaborates in strategy development and product guidance.

Throughout their career, Adrian has demonstrated expertise in product development, manufacturing efficiency, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Adrian Winoto has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. Adrian then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university, graduating between 1999 and 2001.

In 2018, Adrian participated in a program called Elemental Excelerator – Emerson Collective, though it is not specified whether it was a degree program or a short-term course.
