Everlyne Kihara is currently the Guest Excellence Lead at ANDO, where Everlyne focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and streamlining the ordering process. Prior to this, Everlyne worked as a Senior Operations Associate: Guest Relations, leading a team and maintaining a high company rating. Everlyne also has experience as a Psychosocial Support Volunteer at Kenya Red Cross and as a Counseling Associate at The Gender Violence Recovery Center. Everlyne holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) degree at the College of Human Resource Management.
