Rohan Fernandes is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application support and system analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Ando Insurance since February 2019, Rohan previously held roles as an Application Support Specialist and Service Delivery Lead at Mashreq Bank, where responsibilities included service management and incident communication. Rohan's career began at DAVLIN SOFTWARE and included positions at DAHBASHI ENGINEERING and IBM, where expertise in various programming languages and database platforms such as ASP, SQL Server, and DB2 was developed. Rohan holds a Master of Computer Application from Siddaganga Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Aloysius College.
