Keith Rainwater

Keith Rainwater began their career at Dow Chemical in 1984 as an Operations Leader, where they gained experience in the petrochemical industry and led a successful ISO 9002 certification effort. In 1995, they became President/Owner of Ray Distributing Company (dba: Texas Tackle Factory), a fishing tackle and equipment manufacturing company that transitioned from a regional distributor to a nationally recognized member of the fishing industry. In 2007, they joined Andon Specialties, Inc. as Executive Vice President, where they were responsible for leading company sales efforts and Finance/HR teams. Keith was later promoted to VP-Operations, where they managed all facets of operations, and VP of Sales, where they led and managed regional manufacturer's representative/distributor sales teams. Keith was also responsible for Business Development, Principal relationship management, and High Purity business oversight.

Keith Rainwater attended Brazoswood HS, followed by Texas A&M University, where they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering in 1988. Keith also attended The University of Texas at Austin.
