Rachel A.

Rachel A. has worked in various roles in the human resources and financial fields since 2001. Rachel began their career as a Regional Human Resources and Business Development Manager at Select Medical - Nova Care Rehabilitation in 2001. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Human Resource Manager at Brittain Machine. Rachel then joined The Midland Group as a Financial Counselor and Billing Liaison in 2005. From 2008 to 2011, Rachel was the Director of Human Resources at Scholfield Automotive Group. Rachel then joined Walser Automotive Group as a Human Resource Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Rachel returned to Andon Specialties, Inc. as a Human Resource Director. Rachel also currently volunteers as the Hospitality and Membership Chair at Texas Bay Area SHRM since 2020, and was a Member Board of Directors at Wichita SHRM from 2013 to 2020.

Rachel A. attended Kansas State University, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In 2015, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. In June 2007, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
