Melissa Khan-Blackmore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melissa is currently working as an Enterprise Program Manager at Andor Health since January 2021. In the same year, they also founded Powerhouse Project Manager, where they serve as the Founder.

Prior to their current roles, Melissa worked as a Senior Project Management Consultant at MVS Pet Care - House Calls from June 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Program Manager at the same company from December 2019 to January 2021.

Melissa also gained significant experience at Pediatric Health Care Alliance, P.A., where they worked as a Senior Operations Project Manager from May 2017 to January 2021. Melissa Khan-Blackmore holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Health with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Melissa also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Melissa has obtained several certifications. Melissa is a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute since October 2018. Melissa also holds a Level 2: Ambulatory Care Risk Management certification from the ECRI Institute, obtained in April 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in September 2016. Melissa is also a Certified Nursing Assistant, certified by the Florida State Board of Nursing in September 2015.

Furthermore, Melissa has experience as an AmeriCorps Community Educator with the Hillsborough Education Foundation.
