Michael Wachsman

Michael Wachsman is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions and asset management, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at Andover Properties LLC since June 2015. With extensive experience in the commercial property sector, Michael has focused on alternative real estate asset classes, particularly self-storage facilities. Prior to this role, Michael held positions including Director of Real Estate Acquisitions and Asset Management at RedRock Real Estate Group and Real Estate Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Paredim Partners, contributing to significant investments in multifamily and apartment assets. Earlier career experiences include analytical roles at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, SCHONFELD SECURITIES, and Freeman & Co., where Michael developed models and conducted industry analysis. Michael earned a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
