Beatrice Yven

Beatrice Yven has extensive experience in geological and geophysical engineering, having worked for Andra from February 2002 to October 2016 as an Ingénieur Géologue-Géophysicien, where responsibilities included developing geological models for the Cigéo project and coordinating research studies in geology and geophysics. Since October 2016, Beatrice has served as the Head of the Monitoring and Data Processing Department, overseeing studies related to the management of radioactive waste and industrial centers. Prior to Andra, Beatrice worked at Schlumberger-Doll Research as a Geologist in 1999, contributing to the development of a 3D geological model of sedimentary formations. Beatrice Yven holds two degrees from Université Denis Diderot (Paris VII), including a Doctorate in Geophysics.
