Chico Pichardo

Chico Pichardo has over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. Chico started their career as a Branch Manager at Andre Landscape in 2005, where they were responsible for ensuring clients received the best service and overseeing sales operations. In 2019, they became a Project Manager at the same company, where they provided accurate estimates and solved landscape-related issues for clients. In 2020, they joined Monarch Landscape Companies as a Branch Manager, where they continued to oversee operations and train employees. Currently, Chico Pichardo serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Andre Landscape Service, Inc., focusing on client relations and driving business growth.

Chico Pichardo obtained their high school diploma from Bonita High School, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Chico then pursued higher education at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Technology and Operations Management. In addition to their formal education, Chico also obtained the certification of ISA Certified Arborist® from the International Society of Arboriculture in November 2007.
