Andi Weis has over 23 years of experience in design, product development, and storytelling, focusing on making complex concepts clear. They previously served as a Senior Product Designer at Up, where they contributed to the foundational design that supported Australia's fastest-growing neo-bank. As Head of Product & Design at Ferocia Pty Ltd, Andi led a design team for Bendigo Bank's award-winning internet banking platform and later established a new Digital Design Practice for the bank. Currently, Andi works independently as a Design Leadership Consultant, helping companies enhance design capability and bring ideas to fruition. They also held notable roles at Kmart and Lyrebird Health, shaping digital experiences in diverse sectors.
