Caroline Horn

Caroline Horn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as Board Director and Nomination & Governance Committee Chair at System1 since January 2022. As a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since April 2012, Caroline has built a strong executive network and provides strategic advice on executive talent management. Additionally, Caroline has been an Advisor at Strava since April 2014, contributing to the company's social fitness platform. Previously, Caroline held various recruiting positions at Google, Inc. from September 2004 to April 2012, where leadership of a global recruiting team focused on executive roles across multiple regions. Caroline founded Natural Selection, a hiring consultancy, and was instrumental in launching the Tokyo office for Sapient, where hiring processes were developed. Caroline holds a BA in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
