Charlie Keinath

Charlie Keinath is a Talent Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at NexHealth from March 2021 to September 2021. NexHealth is the Patient Experience Platform helping thousands of doctors, hundreds of developers, and millions of patients with EHR-integrated real-time online scheduling, patient communications, digital paperwork, and more.

From October 2017 to March 2021, Keinath was the Head of Recruiting at Beeswax, which was acquired by Comcast in 2020. From September 2016 to October 2017, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) at Intersection Co. And from June 2016 to September 2016, Keinath was the Talent Acquisition Lead (Tech) at Grovo.

Charlie Keinath's educational career includes a BS in Finance from Fairfield University and Saint Anthony's Highschool.
