Jen Mumford

Jen Mumford is a seasoned professional in people and culture management, currently serving as a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Previous roles include VP of People & Culture, US and New Markets (Chief of Staff) and Director of People Strategy & Development (Chief of Staff) at Zip Co, as well as Head of People & Talent at Data Republic and Director of People & Culture at SafetyCulture. Additionally, Jen has served as a Coach and Advisor at Startmate. Jen is currently pursuing education at Dartmouth College while having previously studied at The University of Western Australia.
