Kimberly Tan

Kimberly Tan is an experienced investing partner at Andreessen Horowitz since 2019. Currently serving as the lead seed investor and board member at Decagon, Kimberly led the seed investment at the company's inception in August 2023. Previous professional experience includes consulting at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2019, and a role in finance and markets at the World Bank Group in 2016. Additionally, Kimberly worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in 2015 within the Tech, Media, and Telecom group and completed a fellowship at Internews Network in 2014, focusing on strengthening independent media with funding from USAID. Kimberly graduated with distinction from Stanford University.
