Andreessen Horowitz
Kofi Ampadu is a Partner and Head of the Talent x Opportunity Initiative (TxO) at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on identifying and supporting high-potential entrepreneurs in sectors such as art, fashion, food, music, and recreation. Additionally, Kofi serves as a Kauffman Fellow in the prestigious Kauffman Fellows program and is the Founder and General Partner of SKU'd Ventures, which invests in pre-seed consumer packaged goods startups. Kofi also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at ForbesBLK, supporting a global community of Black entrepreneurs, and previously acted as a Venture Advisor at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale and Alumni Director for the Startup Leadership Program. Kofi has experience as a co-founder of two startups and worked as a Consultant at Accenture, where strategic planning and process improvement were key areas of focus. Kofi holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and has a background in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
