Michael Holzer is an experienced design and UX leader, currently serving as Head of UX (EVP) at HubSpot since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading a 250+ person UX organization and driving business impact while enhancing product usability. Holzer has a distinguished background in UX management, demonstrated during tenure at Google from July 2012 to October 2022 as Senior Director of UX for Google Payments, overseeing a global team and pioneering payment experiences across various Google platforms. Additionally, Holzer has contributed to A16z as a design leadership mentor since October 2014, advising on UX management and hiring strategies.
