Robert Weber

Robert Weber is currently a partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Talent at EngageSmart from February 2021 to September 2021. In this role, they led the recruiting org across EngageSmart and all of its business solutions: SimplePractice, InvoiceCloud, DonorDrive, and HealthPay24. Robert also managed Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators. Weber has also worked as the Recruiting Engagement Director, Product & Engineering at Stripe from May 2020 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were at eero from March 2020 to July 2020 in the same role. Before that, they were with Instacart from March 2020 to July 2020 in the same role. Robert also spent time at Gem from December 2019 to June 2020 as the Recruiting Engagement Director, Product & Engineering, G&A, GTM, and Leadership. Robert's last role before Andreessen Horowitz was as the Recruiting Engagement Director, Engineering at TikTok from December 2019 to May 2020.
