Santiago Rodriguez Lebrija

Santiago Rodriguez Lebrija is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as a Deal Partner in Growth at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2022, Santiago's prior roles include Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital from July 2019 to July 2022 and Private Equity Analyst at the same firm. Additionally, Santiago gained experience as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in the summer of 2018 and worked as an Investment Analyst at Stanford Management Company in 2017. Early in Santiago's career, a Business Analyst position at PEMEX was held in 2016.
