Chuck Newton

Chuck Newton has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as General Superintendent and Multifamily Director at Andres Construction Services since February 2001. In this role, Chuck coordinates ground-up residential projects, overseeing project design, pre-construction, staffing, quality control, and code compliance, while also providing support to owners and developers. Prior to this, Chuck held the position of Multifamily Coordinator and Superintendent at Post Properties from January 1999 to February 2001, following a role as Superintendent at Columbus Realty Trust from January 1995 to December 1998. Chuck’s foundational training includes service in the US Marine Corps from 1982 to 1988.
