Shea Livingston

Shea Livingston is a skilled civil engineer specializing in project management and transportation engineering. Currently employed as a Project Engineer at ANDRES Construction Services since January 2022, Shea has prior experience as a Transportation Engineer at HNTB from June 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included performing QA/QC, executing quantity takeoffs, and assembling cost estimations for TxDOT projects.
