Alejandro Diaz is an experienced IndyCar Performance Engineer currently serving at Andretti Global since November 2021, with prior experience at A.J. Foyt Enterprises in the same role from January 2018 to November 2021. Alejandro's engineering career began as a Development Engineer in Chassis Engineering at Roush Industries from January 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included prototype projects and vehicle dynamics. Previous internships included roles at Chrysler Group LLC as a Vehicle Integration Engineering Intern for the SRT Viper ACR and Dodge Challenger SRT, as well as a finalist in the Infiniti Red Bull Racing Performance Engineering Academy. Alejandro holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University and St. Thomas University.
